Terms

Terms are net 30 days on approved buyers. Nonapproved firms should send financial refrences, pay COD or pay by charge card.

Sales Tax

All orders placed in the U.S.A. are subject to the Minnesota sales tax.

Prices

Ironwood Electronics reserves the right to make changes in design, material, specification, or price without notice, or liability thereof. Orders will be processed according to the prices in effect at the date of shipment, unless notified otherwise.

Guarantee

Our products are guarenteed for materials and workmanship for 180 days from the ship date. Distributed products made by other manufacturers are covered by the product warranties of those manufacturers.

Returns

General Return Policy Information Returned Parts will not be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Ironwood Electronics Standard parts may be returned for up to 180 days from the ship date. Expedite and NRE fees are not refundable Custom parts are not returnable unless there is a defect. In the event of a defect, please notify Ironwood Electronics immediately. The customer will be invoiced for all parts not received by Ironwood Electronics within 30 days of the date the RMA was issued regardless of the reason for the return
