Integration of Motorola MPC PowerPC systems using Micron FLOW-THROUGH SYNCBURST SRAM is made easier with LA-BGA-MPC555-S-B-01 Logic Analyzer Adapter and the Agilent 167XX Logic Analysis System.
EAGAN, MN. May 17, 2002 Ironwood Electronics LA-BGA-MPC555-S-B-01 Logic Analyzer Adapter which allows high-speed operation simultaneously enabling system analysis using an Agilent 167XX Logic Analyzer System. In addition to standard features the user can analyze their Motorola MPC555 PowerPC system interfaced with the Micron FLOW-THROUGH SYNCBURST SRAM . Software analysis is accomplished with the Agilent E9610A inverse assembler. Ironwood Electronics is an Agilent Channel Partner developing high-speed interfaces for processors and peripheral ICs. Features include controlled impedance PCB maximum speed; power supply decoupling, matched impedance mictor probe interconnects. The adapter features controlled impedance PCB, power supply decoupling, and matched impedance probe interconnects.
Ironwoods LA-BGA-MPC555-S-B-01 logic analyzer adapter consists of three parts. The surface mount base is soldered to the target system board in place of BGA272, 1.27mm pitch, 27mm x 27mm body using standard BGA soldering methods. The probe board plugs into the SMT base and employs a controlled impedance PCB and signal isolation resistors to deliver all data, address, control, and clock signals to Agilent specific Mictor connectors. The MPC555 chip is soldered to a separate chip carrier that plugs into the probe board. When assembled the user configures the Agilent 167XX for analysis and disassembly of the MPC555 System.
