Integration of Motorola low power MPC PowerPC7445 is made easier with LA-BGA-MPC7445-Z-B-01 Logic Analyzer Adapter and the Tektronix TLA7XX Logic Analysis System.
EAGAN, MN. November, 2002 Ironwood Electronics LA-BGA-MPC7445-Z-B-01 Logic Analyzer Adapter which allows high-speed operation simultaneously enabling system analysis using an Tektronix TLA700 Logic Analyzer System. Software analysis is accomplished with the Tektronix inverse assembler. Ironwood Electronics is a Tektronix Partner developing high-speed interfaces for processors and peripheral ICs. Features of the LA-BGA-MPC7445-Z-B-01 include controlled impedance PCB for maximum speed, power supply decoupling, and matched impedance mictor probe interconnects.
Ironwoods LA-BGA-MPC7445-Z-B-01 Logic Analyzer Adapter consists of two parts. The surface mount foot is soldered to the target system board in place of BGA360, 1.27mm pitch, 19X19 array, 25mmX25mm body using standard BGA soldering methods. The probe board plugs into the SMT base and employs a controlled impedance PCB and signal isolation resistors to deliver all data, address, control, and clock signals to Tektronix specific Mictor connectors. The MPC7445 chip is socketed onto the probe board with a GHz bandwidth BGA ZIF socket. When assembled the user configures the Tektronix Logic analyzer for analysis and disassembly of the MPC7445 System.
