ATE FemtoRaptor Cartridge
Next generation Super High Performance rigid contact at bandwidth up to 70GHz Rigid pins, the FemtoRaptor is designed for validation to production. Ironwood continues with its proprietary cartridge module that allows for quick replacement and allows use of one frame with multiple pin count and pitch.
The FemtoRaptor uses a 2-elastomer configuration for this tiny contact that provides firm contact force required to the load board. FemtoRaptor has all the benefits as the PicoRaptor with Advance contact finish, contact wipe to keep oxides to a minimum and can be configured down to 0.30mm pitch.
