Ironwood Electronics has introduced two more high-performance Production Test Contactor for high Power and automotive applications. The PowerRaptor is a Cantilever design using single beam for robust testing. The PowerRaptor is intended for automotive and power applications that requires temperature testing between -60˚C ~ 180˚C with the optional Airtherm channels that quickly conditions the contact pins to the desired temperature. The PowerRaptor is available in Kelvin, Selectable Kelvin or Non-Kelvin configuration that includes a contact wipe to keep oxides off the pin tips.
The Phantom G2 is designed for low inductance, low contact resistance configurable for Kelvin & Non Kelvin IGBT packages.
The IGBT is designed for medium switching applications for very high current and voltage applications, IGBT’s are used in EV motors, Industrial applications, Uninterruptible Power Systems, White Goods to name a few. Ironwood offers two IGBT products to address this segment of market. The IGBT is designed for both manual and can be designed for automated handler application.
The Ampire is designed to address warpage of PCB, it’s a single cantilever pin design for high current applications @ 12.20 for 100% Duty Cycle.
