The customer response was great. Particularly Lorri Rauschke. Very quickly resolve a purchasing issue we were having with a conflict in the UTEC and Ironwood systems. It was a rat’s nest and she was instrumental in solving the issue. Impressive. And everything else went smoothly as well. Randy Knudson and Meagan Fedde were great to work with. Asked for a part, given a part number and drawings.
